We are Eunice and Terence. A married couple, living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with our 3-year old daughter and cat.

With our diverse backgrounds in martial arts, pole & aerial sports, team sports, inline skating and calisthenics we know that having a good foundation in mobility and strength is key to develop yourself in your sports and also in keeping your body healthy and resilient.

We offer cross training for all forms of bodyweight training using a mix of traditional strength & conditioning training and specific calisthenics & mobility drills

Do you want to work on specific skills like nailing your first pull-up or push up? Or more advanced skills like handstands, a muscle up, front & back levers or a planche?


We've got you covered.

All training will be based on your specific goals, current level
and your bodies' unique needs based on an in-depth intake and assessment.

Eunice van Es

Physical Therapist, Mobility Specialist & Strength Trainer

Being hypermobile Eunice had a lot of flexibility, but no control over those ranges. This made her susceptible to many injuries. Many visits to physical therapists later Eunice realized that she needed to take matters in her own hands. She started taking courses and studying Physical Therapy. With a better understanding of how the human body works, not only can she take better care of herself, she can help others dealing with the same problems.


Eunice can help you get stronger and more mobile in any way possible. To be able to enjoy life without pains and do your favorite sports or activities.


Eunice is currently taking new clients for both in-person and online coaching.

Terence Buyne

Calisthenics & Strength Trainer

Terence has done a lot of different sports throughout his life. The sports which truly stole his heart to this day are inline-skating and calisthenics. Back in the days, without the endless information of social media, Terence had to learn it all through trial and error. This made him understand how to use the body and be creative in his movements. 


What Terence loves about sports the most is how it brings people together from all around the world. No matter where you are from, the love for the sport is what binds us together. 


As a coach Terence focusses on finding your weakness and turning it into your strengths. This way you can reach any goal you have. 


Terence is currently taking new clients for both in-person and online coaching.

FAQs

  • How can I train with you?

    We offer in-person training, online coaching and the combination of both. In-person training takes place in our private studio in Amsterdam whereas online coaching can be from anywhere around the world! You can see the different packages we offer above. Send us a message and let's discuss what is best for you. 

  • I am ready to start, what's next?

    That's great! Before starting the training we will schedule an intake in which we will discuss your wishes, long-term goals, current level and your lifestyle. After that there will an in-depth assessment upon which a personal trainingsprogram will be tailored for you. This can be both online or in-person. 

  • How many training sessions a week should I have?

    Depending on your goals, current level and lifestyle the number of training sessions can vary. Also during different seasons of life, life events, life changes, it may be possible to sometimes train more often, other times less. It's best to be have a flexible mindset and do what is best for you at that time. We can guide you with that. 

  • I am not a bodyweight athlete, can I still work with you?

    Of course! Send us a message with your goals and let's see if we are a good match. 

  • I have an injury, can I still train?

    More often than not it is still possible to train when you have an injury, depending on the severity of the injury. It might be that certain adjustments are necessary. If you have an injury we always advise you to reach out to a healthcare professional. 

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in our private trainingstudio in Amsterdam South-East for in-person sessions. There is free parking available.
